How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days within the contiguous United States. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to expand our logistics to bring artisan-made goods to more countries in the near future.
How do I care for my handcrafted textiles and furniture?
Each product comes with specific care instructions. Generally, we recommend professional cleaning for our wool rugs and hand-washing or delicate cycles for our organic cotton linens to preserve the integrity of the handmade fibers.
